2015 Flesherton Tour

Another great day in Mid-West Ontario. Some places got dumped on by rain and hail, it only spit on us a couple of times.

George Allan hosted this month's meeting, early Saturday morning, at Flesherton's Village Greens Restaurant with the intention of touring off to Hogg's Falls. Well, that did not quite work out. It was nothing major, no breakdowns, no accidents, just a desire to have breakfast.

Breakfast means nattering, nothing wrong with that, and we took off for Roy Ionson's shop to see his collection of cars, Studebakers for the most part. He does have a Rolls, a Beetle, and a Datsun 240Z

All of the cars are in great condition, and driveable. Roy does not keep junk, at least not visible to his shop.

We met up with Alan Brand, back at the Village Greens, where he brought Elsie, his new van. Again another great car he has been tidying up for the last few months. This week it gets a new coat of paint.

The only downside, I have found it is more difficult getting in a Minor Van than getting in my Sprite. Alan may have to glue his weather stripping back on

Enjoy the pictures!

Far from Ordinary, this light is on the end of a long cable allowing it to reach to the extents of the car.
